Positive Technologies Presents Latest Research at Chaos Communication Congress

A team from Positive Technologies has presented its latest research at the Chaos Communication Congress – one of the oldest and largest events in the European hacker scene.

This year was the 29th annual event organised by the Chaos Computer Club and was known by the organisers at “29C3”. Six thousand participants took part in the three-day event which featured presentations and workshops on all aspects of information security.

Positive Technologies was represented by EVP Product Strategy Sergey Gordeychik and his colleagues Gleb Gritsay and Yury Goltsev. The team presented their findings from their research into security levels in some of the most commonly used Industrial Control Systems (ICS). The trio also took part in a workshop in ICS security.

In addition, The Positive Technologies team hosted a workshop and hacking contest to examine the security related to Internet Banking.
