IT Security Pre-Sales Manager (WAF Technologies)

Skills:

  • University degree
  • 7+ years information security experience
  • 3+ years experience in pre-sales
  • Excellent understanding of the security industry
  • Very good experience in pre-sales, ideally at a systems integrator, vendor or consulting company, as well as with international customers
  • Excellent knowledge of security (Application and Network)
  • Experience in deployment and integration of security products or networks
  • Technical skills combined with a good understanding of sales situations
  • Listening skills, good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Ability to improvise in unexpected situations
  • Responsible attitude and ability to make decisions under pressure
  • Knowledge of International Security Standards and Best Practices
  • Very good knowledge of English
  • Ability to travel as required

Responsibilities:

  • Advise partners, prospects, and customers on their security needs
  • Engage with decision-makers and analyze partner, prospect, and customer needs
  • Demonstrate and present PT-based solutions and their value
  • Design the technical response to RFPs/RFIs/RFQs and coordinate strategy with the sales team
  • Conduct prototypes and pilot installations
  • Conduct seminars and participate in tradeshows
  • Participate in recruitment and development of business partners
  • Train partners and customers on solution use and support them with implementation
  • Build a strong relationship with PT employees, specifically the engineering, R&D, support, and international teams
  • Take part in market research: analysis of product competitiveness and identification of regional sales drivers
